Three for the price of four? What a deal!

I think you mean 4-for-3. :)

Spore... 2?

@VeeDeeVee No, not really.

I was in the closed beta, and this is more like Diablo with Spore customization of your creatures. You get a stable of creatures and can collect stuff to buy new enhancements & looks for the stock creatures, while using them to destroy enemy creatures.

I stopped playing after the first few intro adventures. Just not a game that interested me much.

I found something related to Darkspore in Steam library today. I didn't check it out enough to see what it was. Perhaps a family member loaded it up there somehow. Hmm. Did you know that you're potentially a genius if you talk to yourself?

But I'm interested in how this one will be received critically. Spore was rather mixed, wasn't it?

@Shadowbender Darkspore is quite a bit different from Spore. Far less hyped and way more focused on being a diablo-em-up. (Already played the Beta they put out a month or two back.)

It bothers me when I see an uninstalled game on my list, too.

Especially when it's a crappy little indie game or mod. It was especially bad with the old Steam client because it would create a separate listing of uninstalled games, and list that there.

At one point, these uninstalled games seemed permanent, If the mod was free, it was stuck in your uninstalled list until you installed the damn thing. I don't want a list of games in my games list that I didn't either explicitly buy or download. Eventually they stopped that.

How about this? When I express interest in a game, and click on it, then you can add it to my list, ok?

At least now it's only temporary.

Trust me, it's nothing like the original.
