if they price PC rental right I'll be all for it....depending on how it works....if it works like OnLive I may jump on it if its just a few dollars more a month.... that will make GameFly the gamers version of Netflix.....and THAT will be AWESOME!!!!

if i could have game AND movie rentals with one company for, say, 15 bucks a month. THAT would be awesome.

This will free up valuable IGN resources to cover more intense topics like tits, CoD rumors, or which advertiser to convert into bankground theme.

@CaptainProtonX The question you really need to ask yourself here, is there really anything more important than tits?

dont want them to turn into a cloud based gaming service, just want to seem to heavily focus on price competition with steam

Even if it took a week for turnaround, it's still more then worth it.

For me, it's the fact that your queue seems to be arbitrarily picked from. When I had GameFly, if the top game in my queue was not in stock they would ship out another game from my list. Totally fine. The problem I had was that the game it picked seemed to be a random selection, rather than picking games from the list I built, in order. When a disk isn't in stock with Netflix (in my experience at least) they pull from the top of your list down.

Not to mention it taking about three days for the turnaround to take place, and I live in Southern California.

@ytilanigiroon

that NEVER happened to me, if the top on my Q is low i usually wait a few days more so they can ship it out. But if it's entirely out of stock they send the next one down the line that is in stock and if you only have games that are unreleased in your Q they send you and email letting you know you have a slot open.

Thank the gods D2D is no longer directly controlled by IGN.

I still mourn the day IGN bought out GameSages.

With the news of MW3 having a subscription service, maybe Activision could sell advertisements instead of having gamers pay. Bobby Kotick ( http://people.forbes.com/profile/robert-a-kotick/1126 )is great at finding ways to increase revenue. I think this would be a pretty good one. I mean, every EA Sports game has paid advertisements built in.
