You can almost hear him calling the photographer a douche-nozzle through his gritted teeth.

Oh, and Epic should seriously make a Kinect game. We're about 3 months from the Price is Right Kinect reveal... (which, actually, would be pretty rad to play Plinko)

I'm sure there's a Gears Kinect game coming. I'm looking forward to seeing what they can do with it.

@A Burger I think Cliffy used to be a shy, under-stated nerd back in the 90s when he actually LIKED PC gaming. Since he threw that in the trash and got into bed with MS with the 360, he started to act all cool and douchey.

Soooo, what'd I miss, is he actually like that? With the bro this, bro that, noob pwning and whatnot? I mean, I don't totally follow why people think this is what he actually acts like. Because of GoW? I'm genuinely curious, not being sarcastic.

People in these comments can get pretty arrogant and like to say some nasty stuff about people.
Cliff is a pretty nice guy and also enjoys musicals:

Honestly, even after Microsoft tries to appeal to us hardcore guys with that E3 presser, I don't think even Dude Huge can convince me to buy Kinect.

I can't imagine why anyone would want to make a Kinect game for PS3.

Fine, but please PLEASE leave Gears out of it. You know, other than maybe an easter egg type thing. But leave all Gears games as traditional

Kinect is such a piece of shit. You KNOW this guy absolutely does not wanna develop a Kinect game. As boring as it is watching it the passed two E3's, it's gotta be infinitely more boring developing for.

Anyways. Mandatory "Where's Jazz Jackrabbit 3!?" comment.

You are a COG soldier left behind a locust occupied city.

With no teammates and ammo, you must sneak through the city, chainsawing enemies to survive.

Oh my God....enough of this Kinect stuff. They are pushing this Kinect everywhere.....enough of this motion controlled stuff.

@jblank I think MS and Sony want to push Kinect and Move to prolong their consoles as long as they possibly can to delay releasing new consoles.

Motion controls will always be fail until we are past the "waggle" stage. I was bullish about the Wii (for gaming, not for stocks...as I should have been) until I learned it was just a wagglefest. The Move and Kinect are more precise instruments, but that doesn't seem prevent the Move from pretty much being a waggle tool...or most Kinect games from being a body waggle party.

It seems like the only way to avoid the waggle stuff is to introduce ridiculous lag.

@Coldbrand I think after the lukewarm reception to UT3, they gave up on it and Gears is their cash-cow.

I want Jazz Jackrabbit 3! : (

If someone can figure out how to move your character it would be great. You can make a gesture for every other button, but running? my living room is a little bit smaller than a Gears map.

Not sure how Gears could translate to a Kinect game, although it would be kind of rad to perform an actual curb stomp on a Locust instead of pressing a button.

I think I'd rather see an updated Kinect version of Infinity Blade though!

I dunno Cliffy, you could always go the samplers route like they did in Killzone2. Use Kinect for in game bomb planting or turning valves with your hands. Worked out fine for KZ2 and now look at KZ3 all movey and such...
