I'm actually regretting buying it from Steam instead of GoG. Oh well.

Luckily, DRM was removed for every release a day or so after release. so ultimately no one needs to worry about it interfering.

I wonder how much this has to do with Giant Bomb talking about the series on every podcast for, like, 4 months straight.

Even a small amount would be interesting

I love you GoG. I feel that CD Projekt has one of the best forms of digital distributions. I can play the games I buy on the computers I have be it online or offline.

They have here a customer for life. Or atleast until the robots take over the world. Either way I'm here to support them.

It such a shame that this game didn't hit a million since it such a well design game with free updates.

They already said some months ago that they were near a million sales, with this numbers added they surpassed the million easily. i think they should be close to a million and a half......

I need to get this still. Would like to support the company by buying from gog but I refuse to pay more than $20 for any DD game. Retail for me.

I pirated it and played for an hr or 2.

Then I bought it and finished it. :)

This is why you should release demo's you silly developers.

@Slomoshun Well, it's a shame that not everyone does this. Maybe a time trial demo, 2 hours like you said and then you have to pay to unlock the whole game! Just an idea here :)

No, we're supposed to pretend people like you don't exist, where piracy led you to purchasing the game! NO! IT CAN'T BE, IT'S IMPOSSIBLE.

One of the greatest games this year and it has a hard time getting to 1M.
Sad :(

But! I know that CPD won't get their hopes down and will deliver a good port of the game for the 360. That should give the game a little more exposure it deserves.

@stiqlol And...why is that? A DRM-free digital copy is more free than a DRM'd disc copy, which is what the disc copies were. You can easily burn the GOG copy to a disc if you want a physical backup. Or save it to an external hard drive.

Not bad for a non-DRM'd game. I'm still waiting for the Steam holiday sale to pick it up... if I pick it up at all now that Skyrim is patiently waiting on my hard drive to be decrypted...

I bought it from GoG and am completely happy with that decision but Steam's DRM has never bothered me (as my list of Steam games attests to.)

I wouldn't say it's that people against DRM are the minority, i just think people are much more accepting of Steamworks, which is a much more reasonable approach than the very harsh measures Ubisoft has taken.

Also it's criminal this game hasn't sold twice what it has, such a good game.

@Esposch Yeah, I'm sure it'll sell 50 billion on the consoles. We evil PC gamers don't like to support developers. ; )

I still need to get this game!! Right after I....

-get my Hall of Monuments to 30 points in Guild Wars so I can be ready for Guild Wars 2(400+ more hours)
-play Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword (at least 30 hours?)
-get tired of exploring in Skyrim (probably 200+ hours)
-replay Ico and SotC on my PS3 (~20 hours)
-play Uncharted 3 (10+ hours)
-finally get around to Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood (15 hours?)
-Try the SWOTOR beta this weekend (10+ hours)
-do all that real world stuff like my job (many many hours)

I'm also skipping a bunch of other games I want to play someday... Dark Souls, L.A. Noire, and so on. Staying up to date on the best games ain't easy this year!!
