It would've been even more hilarious if a coconut was offered with this article's tag line, haha.
Admittedly, I would buy a Pineapple one with the quickness...

On one hand, Fruit Ninja is actually pretty fun. I can play it for about 5-10 minutes at a time before getting bored of it.

On the other hand, that is a very cute melon plush.

On the other hand (or maybe it's a foot...), it kinda seems like they're trying to cash in on the game. Is it really that popular?

@BPMOmega XBL PSN Steam
I'd say so, I mean they have Fruit Ninja FX (the big touch screen thing) at a nearby theater.
...They also have a crane machine filled with just Angry Birds.

Maybe if they'd update the damn Android version at some point I could forgive them for this. It's been MONTHS, and the paid app is still lagging behind the free one.

You can't milk those toys, they don't have any nipples...

Milking? Yeah, I'd say, the melon isn't even a character in the game!

Hm. I bought a Fruit Ninja t-shirt, but only because I bought it from Halfbrick itself at their booth at PAX. I think I said something really lame and supportive like "I think your game is really fun" or something like that. Anyway, it was all good, and I do consider it one of the better casual games out there, but I don't know if it's enough to make me buy plush fruit.

Instead of selling this overpriced crap why dont they update paid Android version of this game? Its not compatible with lots of new phones who have high res screens

Confirmed:
Putting eyes, a headband, and a logo on fruit makes them marketable.
