The deals should actually be available until 5 p.m. ET. One awesome thing Steam has done with this sale is extend the previous day's sales to last for four hours after the start of the current day's sales.

Bought the Serious Sam indie titles "Double D" and "The Random Encounter" for a whopping $3.23 today. Serious Sam 1 & 2 HD is also just $3 too.

They seem like dumb (in a good way), fun games!

Everyone should own Dungeon Defenders. Anyone who owns it should buy ALL the DLC since it's on sale too (cept the new stuff... >.>). And they should play it. Forever.

Nah. I have the iOS version and it's just a visual cluster**** and not as good as other TD games.

Wow. I feel stupid for jumping the gun on Dungeon Defenders with a friend last week...

But on the bright side I picked up Dead Space 1 and 2 for cheap.
Still debating on Assassins Creed 2.

Yeah, I thought it was really odd for Joystiq to post a story saying that Dungeon Defenders was on sale last week. Even though it technically was, they should know damn well that you don't jump on a regular sale price during a Steam sale until all of the Daily Deals have been unveiled.

Dead Space 2 was actually quite good. For some reason, I just couldn't get into Dead Space 1 because of the horrible controls. They fixed the control issues with #2, though...

After I completed Dead Space 2, I tried to go back to Dead Space 1 to play it... thinking it shouldn't be too bad since I became used to the controls from #2... No Dice... within a few minutes... I had to stop because the controls were just too terrible.
