"...the level of excellance that defines the Ghost Recon fran."

Me: Soo we are going back to the hardcore tactical first person shooter roots that defined Ghost Recon?

Ubisoft: No...

Me: I hate you!!! =(

One question...

How......

HOW are Ubisoft sales up...they've released 90% failure for the last 5 years.

I really hope Rayman Origins heavily play into being in the black. The game is excellent and I fear grossly overlooked by the consumer.

@srslyyou Definitely not, that game has sold fairly abismally. It's a shame that more people aren't will to go out on a limb and get games like Rayman Origins because it's amazing.

@srslyyou

I think a lot of potential buyers took a quick price reduction for granted, and they were correct. I've got a huge backlog of games so I'm waiting for even further reductions.

I want the game to do well, but when given the choice I will always prioritize my own financial situation...sorry!

Maybe now they'll make the sequel to Prince of Persia (2008) already. Just bought it off the psn store and thought it was awesome until I beat the epilogue dlc and was served a freakin "to be continued" ending.

@Joom Huh, I thought the DLC was the ending. Guess I'm forgetting how that played out.

@NoPantsToday SPOILERS

The dlc ended with Elika leaving the prince in the tower with Ahriman to go find her people. It set the game up for a sequel but I haven't heard anything from Ubisoft recently. It sucks cus while the game had some flaws it had excellent presentation and character development.

Hopefully since Forgotten Sands didn't do too well sales wise Ubisoft will get their head out of their asses and make a sequel.

It hurts that Just Dance sell millions, but Rayman Origins sells thousands. Then again, knowing how Ubisoft has a knack for price cutting their games that don't sell well after a short period (EA and Sega do this too), I also waited for the inevitable price drop of Rayman. Maybe it would've sold better if it was an XBLA/PSN game and came out in late August/early September. At that point, the only buzz worthy games to contend with were Deus Ex and Dead Island.
