Yoshi's New Island
has a new release date of March 14 in North America, after Nintendo upgraded its springtime window this morning. The game will be released at retail and on the eShop, although Nintendo didn't disclose a price in its announcement.
The 3DS follow-up to SNES game Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island
has a familiar look to it, with the green dino-hero once again saddled with a baby Mario and trailed by a line of eggs that he can chuck around the screen(s). No surprises, then, that series' original creator Takashi Tezuka has been involved with the game's development.
