The Nintendo eShop is doing some spring cleaning, throwing a handful of games up for sale today through May 9: <em>3D Classics: Kirby's Adventure</em>, <em>Dillon's Rolling Western</em>, <em>Pushmo</em>, <em>Fluidity: Spin Cycle </em>and <em>Tokyo Crash Mobs</em>. Also on sale right now is <em>Code of Princess</em>, down from $40 to $30, and Level-5's <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/04/15/level-5s-guild01-eshop-games-go-on-sale-this-week/">Guild 01 collection</a> is still cheap now through May 30.<br />
<br />
 <em>Kirby's Adventure </em>and <em>Pushmo</em> are each $5 (originally $7), Dillon's is $7 (originally $10), <em>Fluidity</em> is $8 (originally $11), and <em>Tokyo Crash Mobs</em> is $5 (originally $6). The Guild 01 collection includes <em>Liberation Maiden </em>and <em>Crimson Shroud </em>- each $5, down from $8 - and <em>Aero Porter</em>, which is $3, rather than the $5 standard.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/05/02/nintendo-eshop-blows-out-some-sales-before-may-9/">Nintendo eShop blows out some sales before May 9</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 02 May 2013 21:15:00 EST. Now's the time to feel better about yourself, because the Uplay app is now available for download through the Nintendo eShop.<br /><br />If you've signed into Uplay with your info through any Ubisoft game on Wii U, the app will automatically detect your information. Terry Cavanagh's great platformer <a href="http://joystiq.com/game/vvvvvv"><em>VVVVVV</em></a> is heading to a 3DS near you <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/10/07/vvvvvv-coming-to-3ds-in-late-2011/">as promised</a>: The game has been set for release <a href="http://www.nintendo.com/games/detail/pbYF4tOod03oE7GLsEsXMnr5k0nFg-_3">on the Nintendo eShop</a> next week. Starting December 29, you'll be able to grab the game (published by <a href="http://nicalis.com/games.php#">Nicalis</a>, the company behind <em>Cave Story</em> and its various iterations) for a price of $7.99 on your 3DS, and take on the game's <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4CtiY5D6HCs">many frustrating yet ingenious challenges</a> for yourself.<br />
<br />
Or, if you've never played the title before, you could go <a href="http://thelettervsixtim.es/">try out the free Flash version</a>, or play it on PC or Mac as you wish. It's a great and well-made experience for sure, but bring all of the patience you have. You'll need it.<div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/vvvvvv-3ds-10-07-2011/">VVVVVV 3DS (10/07/2011)</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/vvvvvv-3ds-10-07-2011/#4509974"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/10/shiptop_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/vvvvvv-3ds-10-07-2011/#4509975"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/10/towertop_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/vvvvvv-3ds-10-07-2011/#4509976"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/10/warpzone1top_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/vvvvvv-3ds-10-07-2011/#4509978"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/10/warpzone2top_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/12/24/vvvvvv-arrives-on-the-3ds-eshop-on-december-29/">VVVVVV arrives on the 3DS eShop on December 29</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Sat, 24 Dec 2011 15:00:00 EST. In addition to select, hand-picked Game Boy and Game Boy Color classics, the 3DS's Virtual Console will also play host to titles from two slightly surprising sources: The Sega Game Gear and TurboGraphx-16 handhelds. No specific entries from the two devices were named during Reggie Fils-Aime's presentation at Nintendo's GDC keynote today -- though we've got our fingers crossed for the speedy arrival of <em>Sonic Chaos</em>.<br />
<br />
Fils-Aime also confirmed the late May arrival of the Virtual Console via a system update, which wiill also introduce a handful of the device's other online features, including: DSiWare (and the ability to transfer DSiWare games from a DSi or DSi XL), the web browser and eShop. It's likely to be the same update that will <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/03/02/netflix-and-short-form-video-service-coming-to-nintendo-3ds/">add Netflix</a> and some 3D video features, too.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/03/02/3ds-virtual-console-getting-game-gear-and-turbographx-16-games/">3DS Virtual Console getting Game Gear and TurboGraphx-16 games, coming late May</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Wed, 02 Mar 2011 13:04:00 EST.
