All you need, Rubang, is one of the DS Pokémon games and one or two of the GBA Pokémon games (Emerald should be one, and the other should be FireRed or LeafGreen).
Then again, with how much the Global Trading Station is used, GBA games really aren't needed to get the older Pokémon, methinks.
