Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (Genesis, 1-2 players, 800 Wii points)

How can you not love Sonic 2? It's an amazing game and one of the industry's most-respected franchises (well, at one time it was). Including a sidekick for Sonic this time around, the game brought forth lots of other additions, as well. For 800 points, it's easily worth it.
Golden Axe II (Genesis, 1-2 players, 800 Wii points)

Golden Axe II is a fun hack-and-slash game and one great way to game with a friend on the Virtual Console. Screen-clearing magic spells, mounts and headbutting with the dwarf (too damn good) come together to provide one great medievil experience. 800 points? Sure, we'll pay it!
Lode Runner (NES, 1-2 players, 500 Wii Points)

I suck at Lode Runner. Still, even though my skills are lacking, it's an incredibly fun and (for me, at least) challenging play. Easily worth the 500 points that Nintendo is demanding for the game, we believe. Oh, and the level editor is nice.
