Amazon's on day 17 of its festival of discounts, ringing in the ultimate day with savings on music games across the board. We'll get right to what you need to know: Kidz Bop Dance Party The Video Game for Nintendo Wii is going for just $24.99! Okay, okay, yes, Rock Band 3 is also on sale for just $39.95 -- not to mention The Beatles: Rock Band going for a paltry $14.
The sale runs until the end of business today, so get on that soon if you're looking to snag a heavily discounted copy of "the greatest rhythm game ever made." (Nice hyperbole, reviewers! Pfft.)

I'd have considered exporting the Green Day songs if the 360 version cost as little as the Wii version but at 21 bucks, no sale.

I was all set on buying rock band 3 as a jumping in point but alas there are no special edition bundles anymore for a good price. Looks like I will be skipping music gaming altogether.

Somebody stop me! I was actually tempted to buy the hexolight 6000.

Beatles Rb is usually always around 14 bucks. I think when they epilogue music games the Beatles will commonly be what they look at when they see everything slide down. Not that it's a bad game, on the contrary, it just seems it's failure showed chinks in the armor that snowballed into failure.

@Jack Kevorkian I blame Guitar Hero World Tour, and all the sequels that came after it.
HMX didn't help with releasing Lego, and GD Rock Bands.

@mywhitenoise Everyone is to blame. It seems like EA has learned their lesson with multiple releases of a title per year (remember how many Need For Speeds used to come out every year?) and scaled back as seen with Battlefield...since they are deeply involved with Harmonix I wonder why they didn't advise them against this slow motion train wreck.
One game a year to two years...constant dlc = success.
