Left 4 Dead Hunter & Tank plushes shipping December 27

The Left 4 Dead 2-themed Hunter and Tank plushes will just make their planned "late December" arrival on the Valve Store. The new additions to this line of frighteningly inappropriate stuffed "animals" will begin shipping to pre-purchasers on Monday, December 27, ensuring that Christmas will not be ruined for any young recipients of these special ... Infected.

Sold separately and currently available for pre-order at a 10-percent discount, the Hunter Plush ($26.95) and Tank Plush ($31.45) both feature ten likely terrifying sound samples that should never, ever be played in a child's bedroom when the lights are off. Thankfully, the pair looks decidedly cuddlier than its sibling, the Boomer Plush.

But, you know? That isn't saying much.

It's not them being cute and cuddly that makes them terrible. It's the fact they look ugly. As if they should really be sold for $5 but because it's L4D based it's price is jacked up.

Seriously? Who would pay $5 for this crap? They don't look anything like the in game models.

$50 for the Boomer? Seriously?

I dunno why, but looking at these pieces of oughta be embarrassing pieces of shit I think of Oblivion's horse armor.

I like it, but way too expensive... Just like everything else on Valve's store.

@proggykins You like it? You don't think they're the wrong colour, lacking detail, bear little resemblance to the in-game models and nowhere near as good as the Boomer plush? :D

Do they bear little resemblance to the in-game models? Sure.
Are they anywhere near as good as the Boomer plus? Absolutely not.

But the Boomer plus was horribly overpriced as opposed to these being ridiculously overpriced. I think these are kind of cute, so yeah, I like them. If they put out figurines that looked like this, I wouldn't get the point, but the fact that these are plushes, it makes sense that they would deviate from the game models.
If these went on sale for $15-$20 dollars less, I might consider buying them, as is, I'll just keep thinking they're kind of cute.

AND they're really much to 'spensive.

I could eat a whole art supplies store and shit better plush dolls than these.
