I wasn't being a dick, I was being honest. She seems to only go for evil dicks, and there seems to be quite a few of them? I don'tknow, just sayin.

In any case, buy the Scott Pilgrim game already. More than worth it, even without the sale price.

Nobody is going to want to spend more money to save less money. & even if that were the case, the things offered aren't worth it. PS Plus is a slap in the face to PSN users.

@Prboi

Right, people should instead spend money to save nothing instead, like some other service which shall remain nameless...

To sound less irrational/petty, I'd like to say that I'm interested in getting Plus though I don't have it yet. With the Sam/Max stuff ($30) in addition to the savings here (I count over $20) it's already a savings. And that's not counting the stuff from the last PSN update, which is also pretty significant.

Only reason I haven't is that I hate subscriptions with a passion. But honestly, this one is a very good investment for people who want to get PSN stuff.

The problem isnt so much with the discounts as it is with the fact that you have to keep paying in order to use the "free" stuff they offer you. It's practically extortion. Personally I'd rather pay the full price than feel forced to maintain access to content. And frankly SP is worth the full price anyway.

As a Plus subscriber I first signed up for 3 months but after it ran out quickly opted for the year subscription. The savings have (to me personally) totally justified the price tag for the subscription and to be totally honest it is kind of fun to see what free goodies I will be treated with next. Sam and Max was an amazing surprise, that mushroom wars, and 'Sackboy's Prehistoric Moves' almost justify the purchase by themselves.

Not sure why some people are subscriptionophobic, oh well don't mind me just enjoying my free WipEout HD.

@PN04

That is only true with the "Free" stuff.
Anything you buy with a discount with PS Plus, you keep forever. So for me, I mostly use it for the discounts than the free/rented games.

It only means the offer. I only completed Part 1 so far;
I freakin love Sam and Max, even though that was the first time I played it.
