@Kevadu
So did I, they could have let it go as the standard KB sarcasm, especially if it's an outdated exploit.

@Kevadu

I agree, I laughed when I read it. Really does sound like standard KB sarcasm. If he honestly didn't know, I don't think he would have even responded to the tweet.

If there's anything the Joystiq forums have taught me it's that people who pass this key around are only interested in warezing as many PS3 games as they possibly can while huffing kitten paws.

I certainly hope Sony moves with all haste to take down this Butler d-bag by any legal means possible. Before he racks up any more CoD wallhax.

Also even if he hadn't have tweeted the key back, all it takes is for someone to look at the thread of twitter replies, and they'd have seen the original tweet from, exiva, the arrogant stupid modder fokker with the key in anyway.

If they weren't coming after you before, they sure as hell are now

Even if that exploit has been patched, could it hurt their case for the fact a company rep basically promoted something similar?

Totally understandable. A lot of marketing reps who control accounts like these don't always have the most intimate connection with the details of their product. There should always be a strong knowledge base, but I guess minute information like this gets bypassed when you've got work to do?
