A demo for the Mac and PC versions of Anomaly: Warzone Earth has arrived on Steam, where the game is currently available for the sale price of $8.99. Anomaly: Warzone Earth is the first game from 11 bit studios, which was formed by former CD Projekt and Metropolis Software veterans.
It's a tower defense game that plays out in reverse -- you're planning the attackers' routes around preset enemies, balancing the resources of your team against the forces out to destroy you. We think it's pretty neat, but you can try the four-mission sample for yourself right here.

People should pick this thing up, I was sold on it after watching the great giantbomb quicklook on it, but a demo should be just the thing to get any indecisive people off the fence.
