Is the Wii version in delay to support the vitality sensor?

I wonder which one will be more accurate, the move or kinect?

@Mr Hett

I feel the Move will be more accurate. My friend bought a Kinect and every time I played a game with him it, I've always noticed slight lag. Though in this case it doesn't seem that the more accurate device will necessarily be the most fun experience. Child of Eden looks like a great game to play without any motion control device and just using your hands. Just speculation...

@kcswanko

that's completely untrue. Move support has been discussed since it was first announced. This was never, ever, a Kinect exclusive.

@kcswanko I didn't have a mouse for my Dreamcast, but still found Rez to be quite enjoyable. I've always wanted to play it with a Wiimote, and you can find evidence of my attempts, right here on the ol' 'Stiq. I'm sure whatever they do with the Move in Eden will turn out better than that.

Saw this coming a mile away. the amount of marketing money that MS is throwing at this game for it's kinect support was the first sign. then the fact that they never mentioned the PS3 version again after the TGS late last year was another sign. some people were even arguing that the PS3 version was "never technically announced" even though it was- and it was also listed on the official Child of Eden website over at the Ubisoft website. i figured there was a money-hat on this game- i'm just glad that the delay isn't too long. i'm also glad that they have officially confirmed Move support. that was the deciding factor for whether i would get it on 360 or PS3- since i have a Move, but have no plans on picking up a Kinect. 3 months is nothing :)

You know what would be nice, and to drive the X-Box fanboys nuts, is to have a PSEye mode only. people seem to forget (including Sony themselves) the PSeye is the succesor to Eyetoy, the original motion controller. Am still waiting all those Eyetoy games, exspecially Antigrav to be converted and available at PSN.

Maybe they'll add Rez to the package for the PS3. I've never played too much of it, and would love having it on PS3.

@(Unverified) haha I also had an evil laugh after seeing the article title! I feel slighted after CastlevaniaL LoS Reverie DLC was delayed on XBL, and then Mortal Kombat we don't have an exclusive character. Then again we did have Mass Effect months ahead of them as well.

@ck0

Who is "we" and who is "them"?
God, what an idiot...
Do you get a boner about your Kenmore refrigerator when someone else talks about their GE home appliances?
Or maybe you're one of those people who gets really incensed over the debate between french fries at McDonald's vs. Wendy's!
Let's not even mention the soda wars...

Well... now I'm conflicted. Control with the cool Minority Report-y Kinect, or go for the increased accuracy and buttons of the Move. Seeing how I have a Kinect but not a Move (yet), probably Kinect version.

Flame suit on!

@Edge of Blade

why the flame suit dood ? you have a kinect and to play it with kinect makes sense but if you go to buy the move in the future .. and end up playing it on the PS3 no harm no fowl right ? either way i would probably recommend the Move Version.

Move controls and 3D, it's looking like the PlayStation version will be worth waiting for.

I'm usually one to go to the Xbox version when it comes to multiplats, but I'm getting a move anyways for the NMH port, and there's not much that can convince me to buy a kinect. So I might as well wait for the PS3 version and try one the move controls. Plus, I'd imagine it'd be more accurate than the Kinect controls anyways.

This is a Move seller for me... It'd be great if they updated fl0wer to support the move as well.

I have Move and Kinect, so I'm really on the fence.
With all of the good games supporting Move this year, I really need a game to use my Kinect with. I haven't seen one game I want to buy yet... but I knew Child of Eden was coming out, and that's why I even bought the Kinect in the first place. So, I guess... that's sorted out?

That depends on your tastes. Kinect Adventures, Dance Central, Kinect Sports and Zumba are all good games.

Picking this up for the Move.

I'm very happy to have so many solid games with Move support so far. Killzone 3, Heavy Rain, MAG, Socom 4, and Resident Evil 5 have all been fun to play with the Move. I loved Rez, and can easily see Move complimenting the experience.
