Last Friday, amidst a chorus of laughs and tears, the Joystiq Podcast shuffled into oblivion to make room for the forthcoming Joystiq Show. But, against all odds, the nigh-4K-member-strong Joystiq Podcast Appreciation Group lives on, even founding a new home at Ning.
Better yet, the JPAG has told us they won't recognize the existence of The Joystiq Show, as JSAG sounds "stupid." ... Yeah, they're real sweethearts.
Membership is free, unlike the first group, which forced you to trade away a precious shard of your soul by signing up for Facebook. Go, register, and make yourself at home!

So it's no longer on Facebook ... and I have to create another account somewhere else? This is a good thing?

@logicbus The new Ning group actually allows for facebook connect integration. So, you won't have to sign up for a new site.

In all seriousness, I miss the dolcit tones of Richard Mitchell. (I can at least catch Dave and Xander on the DnA foodcast).

It should be noted that we only moved to Ning because Facebook no longer had the features we had enjoyed due to the forced group upgrades. The original facebook group is still there, but a majority of the good-looking users have moved to Ning. Feel free to join either one (but join the ning if you're not a loser).
