Ummmmm

Do not want.

These descriptions make Kung Fu Panda 2 seem like a GOTY contender.

If my Kinect makes Googly eyes at me it's going in the trash.

What with the inherent creepiness of the Kinect, Googly Eyes are exactly what I need to know where I stand with the device.

Maybe I'll finally be able to watch Airwolf with no pants on.

I lost my respect for Microsoft as a legitimate game publisher after I first learned about Kinect. What wasted potential. It coulda been a contender...

At least Nintendo's casual games are, you know, actually fun. Wii Sports Resort is still one of my favorite Wii games, along with Smash Bros Brawl.

Christ it's not like they have a shot gun up to your head and forcing your to buy it. Is this changing the aspect of hard core games on the 360? No its a new path that the company is looking to branch off into.

While you may not like these kinect games who's to say some kid, family, or grandparent doesn't.

I'm not going to buy a kinect any one soon but seeing how it is and what games are provided won't make me look at Microsoft as a piece of shit for creating it.

You either are completely ignorant, have never touched the Kinect, or have no sense in having fun.

Kinect is not fun? Have you played Kinect Sports with a full party full of friends? Or versed someone 1v1 on Kinect Adventures? That thing will destroy a couple of hours just based off of some compilation of mini games.
But judging by your comment on 'wasted potential' as the Kinect is just starting to bloom, I wouldn't see how people around you would never want to start up a game of Kinect with you.

There are some core games coming for Kinect......these are not one of them but are not the quality as a whole. Those that are not haters will judge them on their quality and rate them as such......these fail miserably upon first glance and we will mock them cause they do not speak to us as gamers

Actually not sure who Googly eyes speak to. Who green light this project?

Anyway don't be a douche, MS doesn't get a free pass here.

@tendoboy1984 I don't own a 360, but I do own a PS3 which has it's PS Move games. I'm not interested in them, nor kinect, but losing respect in any of these companies because of those products is just stupid. I don't play car games, should I be upset because they sell steering wheels in the store?

@tendoboy1984 For every Wii Sports Resort, you have a Wii Play, a Wii Music, and a Wii Party.

@GamingColt

I tried Kinect at Best Buy a few times. Kinect Sports is fun (I enjoyed the bowling game), but it's so laggy, especially the pointer controls (hand tracking). The Wii Remote and PS Move are more responsive, cause there is actually a frame of reference (the camera tracking the glowing ball on the Move controller, the Wii Remote sensing the IR light from the sensor bar). Not to mention both the Wii Remote and PS Move use gyroscopic sensors and buttons. The only thing Kinect has going for it is it's limited motion capture.

I prefer the set up that Sony and Nintendo use. There is so much more potential with the Wii Remote and PS Move. I wish Kinect used a controller that was similar to the Wii Remote or Move (pointer controls plus full-body motion capture), then you would get the best of both worlds.

I apologize for the comment before. I didn't clarify myself then. Hopefully I made more sense this time.

You forgot to mention that Rare is obviously the developer behind Kinect Googly Eyes.

I'd love to know where some of you commenters got to play these games. Don't be so quick to judge something without even knowing a thing about them.

It happens whenever a new game and/or concept information is released.
