Ubisoft has announced that the latest iteration in the seminal fantasy strategy series, Might & Magic Heroes 6, will get a closed beta starting up on June 28. The announcement trailer for the beta is posted after the break and, as you can see, it features plenty of updated mechanics and gameplay systems, new graphics, and lots of strategy nerdery to geek out with.

Looks like Heroes V, which is in no way a good thing.

@Jenks On the plus side, it doesn't look anything like Heroes IV which is a good thing in every way.

Looks just like 5, which really started to bore me after a couple hours. Not interested in the beta since there are so many other great games coming soon. I'll check out reviews once it has launched, but I'm not holding out hope it will somehow be much improved over Heroes V.
