Can't wait for this! I liked Ghost of Sparta but having fire and roll on R made things sticky in panicked situations.

what if i already have those two for my psp? should i get them again for the sake of HD remastered on a bigger screen? i love those two games, but just can't see i'll enjoy another playthrough, unless they add some xtra stuff or change something.

what if i already have Sly 1 2 and 3 for my for my ps2? should i get them again for the sake of them being remastered in HD with 3D and trophy support ? i love those three games, and gladly enjoyed another playthrough, with the xtra stuff added.
What I'm trying to say is, I have Sly on the PS2 and I didn't see the harm in buying the Sly collection again on one disk with trophy and 3D support. It's up to you.

@noodless I would buy it for the sake of sending Sony the message we want more God of War adventures on the PS3. Let them know that even though Zeus is dead we want more.
Honestly I would prefer a Betrayal re-make. That game told a crucial part of the story and was limited to crappy mobile phones. Wassup wit dat?!? Other than that I will be buying both of these even though I own them for my PSP just to see how much more damage I can do with the extra analog stick. While both games were as good as they could be on the PSP, the controls took away from enjoyment of combat at moments. I am ready to experience both these games with the perfect controls of the DualShock.
Just my two cents.

@noodless then use tv out from your psp and play them that way, i used to play monster hunter this way, you save money doing that ;)

Not true. Resistance 1 is being re-packaged this fall with Resistance 2, and they will not be adding trophies to it.

awesome. i was hoping for this. my PSP is kind of almost broken, so i never played either PSP GOW games. i wonder how much it will be? i'm hoping for $40, which may be wishful thinking.

I don't think they can charge full retail for this title. I bet this was in the pipeline for sometime. I would be shocked if all the art assets etc. are not high def ready already. At that point its moving it all to the GOW III engine and bug testing.
Even if these were expensive I don't think people will bite at full retail. The average consumer will probably still see this as a mobile gaming experience.

Sweet! I've been wanting to play God of War since it came out, finally did when I picked up the collection for PS3, and pretty soon I'll have five GoW games all for the same system. Not bad!

I bought the collection which was great and I've played the third so I think I've had all the GoW I can handle for a while. Impressive that they have all five games on the system now, great for the hardcore fans.

SONY: Yeah we wil ljust repackage your UMD games into collections for PS3 rather than allow you a free download or upgrade path of any sort despite your support for our dying PSP platform.

Once again, looking good is not playing good. My SNES games look like shit, but be damned if I play Final Fantasy 13 before 6 "because it looks better".
