The frame chosen for the pic that represents this article is perfect. Thank you, Joystiq.

Can't wait to see ubereem demolish werdum tonight. Also, the return of the baby faced assassin Josh Barnett.

I'm considering getting this personal trainer or the gsp rush fit program.

@Johnnynumber5 is powered by cell Reem was kind of disappointing, but Werdum begging him to go into his guard was hilarious. Im sorry, but f Josh Barnett, I doubt he will ever reach the big time again since he burned all his bridges with the UFC.

This light gaming trainer or a somewhat sweat-inducing workout (Rush Fit).

That's like saying you'll be deciding between EA Sports Active and P90X.

Wow, Rachel Leah's doing some work! Instead of doing nothing every day and occasionally firing up Twitter.

And I hate to say since I could pass as one of them, but the people behind them. Yep, typical looking MMA crowd.

I hope they end up coming out with some actually difficult P90-esque workout videogames and don't become too worried about inherent lawsuit heart attacks/muscle strains.

This is a really good idea, and the buddies that I have who do local MMA fights and the workouts they have at their gyms would be awesome to have an interface with Kinect. Will it happen? Doubt it.

This looks like its simply a shadow boxing game. Lame if thats the case. Show me some actual sets of real stuff, that you don't technically need the kinect with (push-ups, sit-ups, standing sprints, yoga stretching, etc) combined with a so-so series of shadow boxing, blocking and I'll be all over it.
