@rajendra82 -- Also, keep in mind that the Uncharted 3 Beta is now open to everyone. So if you haven't tried it out yet, I encourage your guys to do so. It is a BEAST (from what I've played so far)!

I own Burnout Paradise for 360, but at $8 if it contains all the DLC it's definitely worth picking up again.

@Kyle4 - It's not all the DLC. It's the game with the time savers pack & the boost specials pack.

@Mcmax3000 Well in that case it might still be worth picking up. I got the 360 version used for $9 and haven't bought any DLC so for $11 (including Big Surf Island) it might be worth trading in for what little money I get back.

I don't know what's going on, but my PS Plus is still active even though it's said it will expire on the 3rd! Has this happened to anyone else? Anyhoo, that price for Fate/Unlimited Codes is pretty tempting. With that Fate/Extra on the way later on this year, I might just take a bite on this one. That clock dynamic theme is pretty plain, but having a massive clock on your tv is still kinda cool.

With the advertising push for Catherine, here's hoping that we'll see a related dynamic theme! I'm not much for buying them, but I would totally kill for one based on that game! C'mon, Atlus, make it happen!

@TraceurRyuk Part III I couldn't really find anything that could properly depict my dislike of the game without running the risk of getting banned from this site, so I pretty much just went with the first thing I found. Call it laziness and a lack of anything resembling artistic talent!

Did you activated on June 3rd?

You have 30 days of PS+ from the day you activated, not the day the promotion started.

Your ability to claim the 30 days expired. The 30 days didn't start until you redeemed it.

@gordogg24p I don't exactly remember when I activated the PS Plus, but according to the start/expiration date on the list of active services, it's saying that it began on June 3rd and is due to expire on July 3rd. That's two days ago! I thought that they had extended it like they had for the Welcome Back package, but apparently I'm the only getting extra days.

@(Unverified) I don't have any credit cards tied to the account. Like I said in a different post, according the list of active services, my PS Plus was started on June 3rd and is due to expire on July 3rd, which was two days ago. I just tried downloading a dynamic theme that is PS Plus exclusive and got it! I'm tempted to call Sony to find out what's up with that because I'm afraid that they might try and tag me with a bill seeing as how, again, I don't have any credit cards tied to my account.

In fact, now that I think about it, my UK account's PS Plus is still active and that was activated the same day as my primary US account. I hope I'm not screwed!

@FinalFantasyXIIIsucks - Mine says the same thing. Activated on June 3 & expires on July 3 but it still shows as active on my profile & if I go into the store. I'll be pretty pissed if they end up trying to charge me since I was never really interested in the service (only used my 30 days to get the Uncharted beta & nothing else).

@Mcmax3000 I got on the horn with Sony about an hour ago and the rep told me that apparently some people were accidentally given an additional free 30 days. He also told me that the PS Plus that was part of the Welcome Back package did not have an auto-renewal option and that the only way to renew your PS Plus subscription was to actually go through the PS store. He also told me that Sony doesn't send bills out, so seeing as as how I don't have any credit cards tied to my PSN account, I don't have to worry about getting an invoice in the mail from them.

From the way it sounds, it seems as if some people were accidentally given extensions on their PS Plus. How this happened, I'm not sure. If you have a credit card tied to your account, I would definitely check to make sure you weren't charged, but I'm willing to wager that you probably haven't been.

Sorry for the long post, but that's pretty much every thing that the Sony rep told me.

The only bad thing about downloading Burnout is that the retail version and digital version have different save files. If you haven't played it before it's definitely worth picking up though!

Burnout paradise sits firmly at the top of my list of the best games ever made. I know Paradise City better than I know my own hometown. Getting it for $8 is an incredible deal - that plus Big Surf Island for $10 is an absolute godsend. If I had a PS3 I would buy this the instant i saw it, and you should too at that price. Please do it. Right now.

Bracing for downvote: I played the demo and hated it. Having to check the map every five seconds was freaking ludicrous. Put me off ever buying the game.

@Haizeus I played the demo and hated it too. I bought the game when it hit $30 for 360 and ended up loving it. I bought it again when I got a PS3 because I loved it so much.

The demo was a pretty sour experience, and with all the updates, the game is almost unrecognizable. Having to look at the map shouldn't be a problem if you take the game slow, work through a few local areas and fan out, letting your coursed events take you to new places instead of exploring on your own - when you progress through to B and A licenses, then start exploring on your own, because by then you'll be familiar enough with the game that you won't even have needed to use the map until you get to wanting 100% completion.

At $8 you really can't go wrong, the only downside is that this supposedly comes with the unlock everything DLC, which would take the fun out of the game IMO. It would turn a game you could play for months (myself, years) trying to get everything, into a game you'd lose interest in after a week or so. Because, most unfortunately, unlike the previous Burnouts where setting scores was half the fun, Paradise is more focussed on completing events ... and you lose all incentive if everything is unlocked for you.

Just my $47.99.

Ultimate G+G is one of my favorite games on PSP. If anyone hasn't grabbed it, for five bucks you should!
It's got so many new ideas, and while it's still very difficult, it's not as frustrating as the older titles. It feels like the "New Super Mario Bros." of G+G: fresh ideas with "greatest hits" style play.
Got some bad reviews, but I remember watching the gamespot video review and the guy playing it was just awful -- blindly jumping, making the same mistakes over and over; no patience. No wonder he didn't like it!

And I got to the end of PS2 and then the game glitched after I won and corrupted my save data :/
