That sure is some shiny... everything. Every single thing is shiny. I really hoped they would shy away from that crazy shininess after SC4.

@jdlyga Yes x1000 for WWE crossover characters. Hacksaw can use a 2x4 and you can have Sabu use a chair as a weapon. Steve can use beer cans to knock you around.

Taki's successor's hair is ridiculous. Hopefully it's much more tame in alternate costumes.

Hopefully this version actually brings back the competitive scene that existed during the Soul Calibur 2 days (sorry if this is totally untrue, but it felt as if A LOT of people stopped playing this series when 3 was out).

Ivy at least had the decency to wear a corset or bra through all her times in the game. Taki on the other hand has let those puppies loose since day one and at age 46 that's just asking too much for today's boob giggle physics. Even the the mighty PS3 would blow a gasket trying such a thing. We'll just have to wait till PS4 or some other next gen hardware for that.

Man... This series has really started to go down hill. SoulCalibur 1 & 2 were some of the best fighting games out there, but ever since SC3, things just haven't been right. I won't judge this till the final product ships, but its looking to be more of the same.

I've been rocking Ivy since the Dreamcast; no matter what she's wearing, she's my girl. She has usually had a more respectable alternate costume, but the primary was always absurdly revealing.
This one looks cool but it's weird that it's revealing and ornately intricate at the same time.
