Love all these comments about, "No 'X,' no buy!" Seriously guys, this is just a character reveal trailer for Ivy, ZWEI, and Natsu. They haven't even shown close to the complete line up, which iirc, is supposed to be in the 20-30s.
Or did you think there was really only going to be 8 chars in the game?

That creepy voice at the beginning pretty clearly belongs to Sophitia's voice actress. Sophitia is totally the new host for Soul Edge.

What's with the art direction for this game? Everything looks like it just got two coats of wax or covered in Vaseline. I think the development team took "shiny and new" a bit too literally.

I agree. Also accentuates the fact that most characters have the same doll-esque face, especially the young women.

All I wish for is the return of the more "conventional" side modes. Tower Of Lost Souls did absolutely nothing for me and even playing dress-down with Sophitia or Ivy got old very very fast. Time attack and Survival, and I'm happy.
