I got the beta and downloaded its HUGE update but I'm shocked that I can't join a single game. What the hell is wrong now?

I had the same problem with the Battlefield 3 alpha. I got in and tried to play it. I waited for over an hour to get in and I still didn't get to play the game. Pretty infuriating but I suppose its because of the limited amount of people playing.
Also, the format for this video is incompatible with my phone, either that or its incompatible with the video player that the Joystiq app uses.

Empty match-making is a known issue they will apparently have a patch for soon. Just keep trying each of the 3 options (Anything, TDM, Chain Reaction) until it finally finds other people. I usually have to back in and out a good 6-10 times before it finds people.

This looks EPIC. Resistance 2 was kind of disappointing, with the 64 players making most matches a Clusterf***. Even though I got burned picking up Resistance 2 on launch, everything I've seen/heard about R3 so far makes this look like a day 1 purchase.

It's really annoying you can't limit weapons in this one. All shotguns or all Snipers was great.

There is single player coop. Not like R2 single player where you lvl up and are doing "side mission" in the war. Just like Killzone 3 coop, but with online as well.

Yeah, like Insomniac Games on facebook. They've been giving away codes like mad. Yesterday, they had the first 50 people to email them a picture of they're pre-order confirmation get codes.

Not sure about the "hologram". It's better than silly "stealth" and "spy" capabilities. The latter two ruin MP.
I see some heavy "sticky aim" in use. The head and reticule appear magnetized. No locational damage either. Shooting someone in the foot does the same damage as shooting someone center-mass.

hello insanomacs~ apperantley you all never looked at the hundreds of players who ditched your SINGLE PLAYER map and co-killing maps and just played CO-OP alone to THIS DAY. The company who finally gets it will leave you all in the fricking DUST.
