Also, when it comes to titles that have crossed the five million mark, Nintendo trumpets that the Wii is home to "twice as many as competing current-generation consoles combined."

Can I get a fact check on that? The way Call of Duty sells I would have been certain that each one of those crossed that threshold...but I guess I could be wrong, Nintendo wouldn't lie to us right?

It's worth noting that this is 5 million sold in the US *only* also.

Say what you want about Nintendo or their games, but this is damn impressive.

@ginister

No, because that would make the game 20% cooler, and this sits at 0% coolness.

Just Dance is really hard to follow. lol I especially had trouble with "Monster Mash" in 2 for some reason. It's fun to have when hanging with your home fries.

This is why Xenoblade, Pandoras Tower, and Last Story won't hit the NA, because most people here would rather play games like this.

I think I can handle London riots to get good games.

Um.

So, you've never seen the UK charts, then?

Just checking.

That's a nice accomplishment, but I bet they also have some of the games that sold the worst for their system too...

It's doing great right now, but the amount of releases is something that ubisoft does not want to do. The music genre seems to change every generation or so. From Dance, dance revolution to Karaoke, to guitar hero and now Dance... again. It's mostly due in part by franchise fatigue.
