I'm not going to nitpick the historical accuracy of this title, but a knight with throwing stars is a bit of a stretch.

@SEGA Scream I wonder why this wasn't just branded as a new MediEvil game

Funny enough, I was thinking the same way, it certainly would sell a lot more and it would also be nice to see MediEvil back again, that would be a buy for me. As for this, can't say I'm convinced, but at least it looks better then I thought it might be.

I love you almost as much as I love MediEvil.

I think it looks awesome, and I'm excited for it. I need some new move games that actually allow me to control the character intuitively like this.

If it looks and sound better than Sports Champions, I'm interested. Sports Champions was pretty fun, but it looked like an upscaled PS2 game and sounded like everything was median-bitrate AAC.

When a game comes on a bluray and is allowed to have an HD install, I expect a lot more in terms of an overall HD experience. Hopefully they correct those mistakes from Sports Champions with this release.

@shadonic

Is it on rails? I didn't notice that in the article, even on a second glance... although he doesn't mention any concept of moving your character.

Mentioned here: "Presented on rails in a sort of hybrid 1st/3rd-person view, players control skeleton prince Deadmund as he attempts to rescue his kingdom."

I'm interested in this one, but oh God, the accursed term...."on rails". It's like my kryptonite. Hopefully it's still a great game.

I think he's trolling a bit. He seems like one of those Kinect fanboys. Paragraphs about how awesome he thinks Kinect is, but a little half hearted sentence about a Move game.

@civilciv

Yeah, probably... but I was still curious. Now that I've been informed, I'm hoping it's a kind of cross between Infinity Blade (iOS) and Link's Crossbow Training. I could see really enjoying something like that.

Oh, and I did love Sports Champions, so if it's as similar as this article says, I'm sure it'll be fine for me.

Funny. When an on rails game came out on the Wii, "hardcore" gamers laughed at them for not having full control. Ooooo look! PS3 is now doing the same thing, so it's cool now?
