You cannot be allowed to die prematurely.

I decided to take the middle option and pull both at the same time.
Since I got 2 "you have died", they cancel each other out, and thus I win at everything.

@Andrew12h Agreed, your cleverness just earned you a cookie and several internets, and a Praxis point for later should you get Augs. Enjoy your winning.

Until minutes ago, I didn't think there were good jokes left in the SSB well, particularly after 3 years of near constant mining.

My hat is fully off to BiTF.

Also, you totally mine wells.

I love the game so much, but yeah, those boss battles are really hard on my Hacking/Social specialist. Biggest flaw in the game.

Good week! Had to hand it to BitF though, when I literally Lol the vote is TAKEN. Did get a good laugh out of PA and NN though, I understand both situations. In Deus Ex 1 I upgraded lockpick, and now only ever find Multitools, and when I read RO I immediately thought "Red Orchestra" even though I had signed up for Ragnarok Online. But I never actually played Ragnarok, and still don't intend to. Me and my 100+ and growing list of Steam games don't get along well with time-consuming MMOs.

Virtual Shackles was just...meh. That's an OLD joke. Like, really old. They practically stole the joke from the game and thought "meh i don't feel like being funny this week, i'll have nintendo do it for me and i'll just draw".

@KiraXD Yah... the similarities... are ... uncanny.

But, no, seriously, you really think they ripped off some comic nobody ever even heard of that was published in 2009?

This was actually a great week! BITF got my vote!

Jordan- since we don't get a Results post anymore, could you add the previous week's results to each new poll? I think it would be nice to see how the comics performed.

I'd like to toss this one into the ring -- Norman Von Scott's Videogame Webcomic, which appears on 1up.com. The latest is right here:

http://www.1up.com/features/play-1up-gta-webcomic

It's by Norman Von Scott, who, in addition to being myself, is also the former artist/writer of Electronic Gaming Monthly's "Hsu and Chan." It does, somewhat, stretch the definition of a traditional comic -- although I've always felt that was sort of the POINT of the webcomic, stuff you couldn't do in print -- and it updates about as frequently as VGcats, but upon viewing, you'll see why.

The hook of the whole thing is that it takes popular game franchises, and reimagines them as little slices of old Lucasarts-style adventure games. Which are playable. It's easier to give 'em a run-through than to describe 'em. A couple others:

Two giant "levels" on the wall? Well of course you're going to die... if you pull on a giant level while an ogre is trying to properly hang of a portrait of his favorite club... let's just say he isn't likely to be in a talking mood.

Ohhh you meant... oh, I see. Well that just doesn't make any sense at all.

BitF, But im surprised that almost everyone was fun, even Brentalfloss!

Btw, Nerf Now seems to shoe in panels like the second one in order to gain notoriety. There's alot of their strips that had fanservice with no relevance what-so-ever to the game in question.
