It's nice to see that it actually has a story, and some actual link to the first game other than just characters... but the sappy pop music not only kills it, but it makes everything that's bad about the acting stand out more.
I hope my ears stop bleeding soon, I'd hate to think the damage was permanent.

@devwild that's why there is Asian versions to import. they are with original voices and music but on English. i done that with XIII and infinity happy!

I thought the Asian version didn't have English menu until the ultimate hit edition which was like a year+ later.

omg i wish it was still just squaresoft. The voice acting is just soooo...meh, it doesnt evoke any emotion(even though it's trying). The best VO for a final fantasy was FFX(The last squaresoft masterpiece)

And did you listen to XII's VOs? They were amazing, other than the wearing a helmet like quality most characters suffered (Made Gabranth more badass though)

Oh yea i do remember that. I havent played it in a few years so i was lost lol but yea i hated 13's voice acting. the only main character i liked was girl with the long dark hair. everyone else just sounded meh. I wish they would ship it with english subtitles.

I try my hardest not to be a music elitist amongst other gamers (because god knows you lot listen to a lot of ****) but this is by far the worst trailer music I ever seen. It's so bad it ruined my good mood just a moment ago.
