Where did you read that article.Im actually awaiting at this very moment a job at one of Amazons warehouses,would be nice to know what kind of things to expect when i go to work.

Thanks.I kinda could feel the heartlessness in the interview process where i was apart of thousands of potential employees being herded through the process like cattle.When i finally sat down for a one on one the guy was very mechanical and cold as if he were a robot doing the interview from an index card.After running through what seemed to be pre designed lines that the company gave him to say he said that they had already filled all the arehouse positions but that Integrity Staffing Solutions would be calling me in 4-6 weeks and that i would be starting at the same time and making the same pay as the permanent employees.

I have been eagerly anticipating the call for work now for 4 weeks,after reading this article i am extremely sad,not because of the conditions but the fact that they seem to work the Integrity people into the ground only to put them out of work for months again.I was really hoping for a way to work into a permanent job that i wouldn't have to worry about getting laid off again.

@SgtDookie On the other hand you can't really appreciate what it's like on the interviewer's side until you've actually sat in on five or six interviews. The quality of some candidates will just suck all the life right out of you, and frankly I can say I don't envy HR people.
