As much as the little c**t probably deserved it this man was wrong.

Use a gun not your hands it's much more effective.

wrong. Xbox Live could make a lot of money selling the addresses of the next generation for 800 ms points a piece. Especially if you could get an 'anonymous batman mask' for only another 800 ms points.

I assume these were 2 Xbox owners, given the behavior and lack of rational on the part of them both.

I figure this story would be better with some console bashing, using the console as a club that is.

I would assume that you are a PS3 owner based on your needless xbox bashing, inability to read the story and find the facts before you post something, and baseless elevated sense of self-worth you probably walk around with.

To you, sir, I say, good day.

Good day!

Holy crap, people should follow that link and check out what the dud looks like.

Also, there is this gem of a quote from him towards the bottom:

"'It wasn't malice. I just grabbed him. I've seen him since and apologised. We've played online too. He's actually a decent kid.'

Wait, Co makes a joke about Xboxers being immature and gets downvoted, but you make a joke about it having to be on PS3 because an adult was involved and you get upvoted. Isn't that the same joke, but with drastically different voting reactions? You both implied it's kids on xbox.

@rob47 I hope that was sarcasm, the boy could've died. Not to be the one guy who doesn't take it as a joke but this is sad, anyone who is that pathetic to chase down someone just because of a game doesn't deserve their xbox, or their freedoms for that matter.

There should be a Xbox Live forum fighting game that uses avatars, just like Playstation Home. Which in itself also needs a fighting mechanic with Mortal Kombat techno music playing in the background everytime you challenge another PSN member to an online fight.

The source was posted by Arcaria some comment pages deep (I think it was page 6 or seven?): http://news.cnet.com/8301-17938_105-20114033-1/dad-attacks-son-after-dying-in-call-of-duty/?part=rss&subj=news&tag=2547-1_3-0-20

The ones applauding this are actually applauding actions of a mentally handicapped man. Think about that for a bit...

The teenager's mother, 33, said: 'It’s pathetic that a grown man would attack a defenceless child like this.

'If you can’t handle losing to a child then you shouldn’t be playing games.'

Umm... a child shouldn't be playing a MA15+ restricted game in the first place dolt.

Same i shouldn't but if I relate this to someone was constantly doing the same thing in front of his face and the man did the same thing, I don't think I would have a problem with it.

Moral of the story don't do something on the internet \chat you wouldn't do to someones face.
