XBLA in Brief: Bejeweled 3

We've reviewed the multiplatform release Dungeon Defenders (which is excellent, by the way), and that only leaves Bejeweled 3 for XBLA in Brief this week. It's ... well, it's Bejeweled.

Well that wasn't very useful. It's not like people don't play these games, and it still costs $19.95 for direct download from PopCap (though they do have sales somewhat often) so it's not like people who HAVE been debating whether to buy it are getting ripped off or something.

What are the different modes? Are the controls like Bejeweled 2 or Bejeweled Blitz Live? What else is new? (There's quite a few things different, actually, from bejeweled 2, as I went to the Popcap site.)

yes, it's still bejeweled, the same way most sequels are still the previous games at heart, but you could actually give us something about it or why bother even posting this? Snark for the sake of snark?

@(Unverified) Agree. I liked the gag, but if it was worth the time to make the video, it should've been worth the time to go into a little more detail about the "stuff". Or, if it's really just more of the same, at least castigate Popcap for selling this for $15. In contrast, I bought Bejeweled Blitz Live on sale for $2.50 a few weeks ago and got at least my money's worth out of that.
