I'm all for competition, and I think another alternative to PayPal, Google Checkout or an independent merchant account would be good...but not from Facebook.

I hope this fails, I don't have facebook but more and more things are requiring Facebook, saying that I don't like online casual games set up for plastic gamers either so I hope it all goes tits up, and I hope facebook starts to die soon its killing society slowly but surly.

I agree. I hate casual games too...especially the kind where you spend most of your time hitting the jump button or collecting coins. Those overly simplistic and unsophisticated casual games usually only have 2 buttons and a directional pad.
