Can someone explain this sentence to me?
"But are you willing to eat meat I Am Alive all but tells you used to walk, and talk, and have a family? And are you going to lash out at the people you see eating that meat?"

That was awkward for me to read as well. Clarification would be nice.

"But are you willing to eat meat [that the game implies] used to walk, and talk, and have a family?"

Basically are you willing to become a cannibal to survive. It was a very awkward sentence.

It should have read more like this, for clarity: "But are you willing to eat meat which I Am Alive implies used to walk, and talk, and have a family? And are you going to lash out at the people you see eating that meat?"

i.e. How do you feel about Soylent Green?

Perhaps Adam is a hardcore vegan. Or something about talking to walking meat.

I had to read that several times before it made any sense. Serves me right for having stayed up until 5 a.m. this morning to play UC3 and then waking up at 9 a.m. to go to work.

That's the worst grammatically correct sentence I've ever read.

This sounds absolutely incredible. Here's hoping that it's not all PR hype and that they can pull it off well.

Yeah, this is looking better than I thought. Hope I didn't just entirely jinx the game by saying that.

"He's not weak, and he's got skills, as belied by his climbing gear and form"

I'm not sure that's the correct use of the word 'belied'. In fact I'm sure that it is not.

Shame.

I always wondered if constantly wearing your bow around your torso eventually caused permanent string stretching.

More human and fragile than Wander? I'll think about it again in hopes that you are right but that would be a failed attempt.

Still looking forward to this game, sort-of weirded out by the changes.

Did they say why this is an arcade game? This looks like it could be a full fledged retail game.

I really hope this is a full blown game that just happened to be on XBLA and PSN. I don't want a 3 hour experience after being teased for so long.

Alright, if you are allowed to be a "cannibal" in this, then are you able to sell that little girl as well? If they are going to allow such morally... ambiguous things as cannibalism, it would be rather dumb to force the player character to save a little girl when he might be able to trade them off for supplies.

I'm always intrigued by a good moral choice system, but I've never really felt... I dunno.... challenged by them. For example, am I willing to cannibalize someone in a desperate situation? I have no idea, but in the context of the video game, my only question is 'Is there any reason I shouldn't?' When the meat in question is just an item in my inventory, of course I'm willing to click it; I need some stamina, and there's no real emotional turmoil. Maybe this is the game that changes that, but I'm not so sure.

That being said, I'm still very excited for this game, since it isn't a hand-holding testosterone laden FPS, or an open world parkour and wall climbing simulator. Okay, maybe it IS a wall climbing simulator, but at least it's somewhat novel in its' setting. The setting of a ruined, abandoned world populated by a few desperate people can be exceptionally poignant (breakin' out the BIG WORDS) when done correctly.

I've always enjoyed a vulnerable and ill-equipped protagonist thrown into a terrible situation; it's much more gratifying than the super soldiers with giant assault rifles and brutal melee attacks who shrug off bullets like they were light rain showers.

Like everyone else, I'm super skeptical about the execution of this, but really excited about the idea of it. I'm hoping it has the complexity of both gameplay and consequence that it is promising.

I'm very excited! A survival game that isn't horror, it's about time!

Don't get me wrong, I love survival horror, but this is just such a cool sounding game.
