Europe's Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3DS is a magical artifact

We've never personally felt the need for a 3DS that plays only European-format games ... until now. Nintendo of Europe announced an absolutely lovely Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D bundle, featuring some gold embellishments on the top, and gold accents to power icons and the 3D slider.

The bundle also includes a copy of the game, with an exclusive double-sided sleeve -- which means that if you import the set, you'll have at least one properly region-coded game. It'll be released on November 25, exclusively in Europe ... unless Nintendo of America would like to make an announcement today (please?).

I'll actually buy a 3DS if this comes out over here. This is genuinely one of the most beautifully designed marvels of modern technology I have ever seen.

I'm no ZELDA fan, but that's damn purdy. o_o

Since it's the only 3DS game out now that I'm actually interested in, that wouldn't be a bad deal. But then I'd have to import Sonic Generations 3DS and the new Kirby, and that makes me sad. =C

Kirby is not a problem since it is a regular DS game and therefore region free

First the Ice White 3Ds and now this one. Why can't the US get these awesome 3DS's? :(

Was waiting for the next version of the 3DS, but this is extremely tempting, It's like waiting for a tasty soup to cool to a temperature that is not scalding hot.

Aaand there's the one I'll be buying.

Just because someone added paint to the biggest portable-gaming trap since the PSP Go, doesn't mean they've changed its situation.

I'm not going to buy a handheld that has two games of worth, especially not in an expensive bundle, and especially not when all possible games of worth are being delayed.

Maybe they should be working on games instead of delaying them to figure out new ways to draw people in; since making actual games for your system is probably the easiest way to get sales.

Wowza, .5 in less than ten minutes; are the only people who clicked in here people who seek to justify their purchase of a 3DS?

I didn't realize Super Mario 3D Land, Mario Kart 7, Dead or Alive Dimensions, PilotWings Resort, Rayman Origins, Sonic Generations, Resident Evil Revelations, etc. were all delayed...

A few of those games mentioned are already out, and both Mario games are coming out this month and next month. Plus you have the Virtual Console games, AND you can play almost all the old DS and DSiWare games, so there's plenty of stuff to play.

I'm not overly interested in 3DS but i would buy this

I told myself I would wait till Nintendo releases the next handheld or an update of the 3DS. But if they bring this over to the states I'll purchase it right away, hell if they put it up for pre-order I'll be one of the first.

not only is this unfair to current 3DS owners (this bundle should have been released when ocarina of time 3D came out) but if anyone wanted to buy this and is on the ambassador program is royally screwed, you can't transfer ambassador games over to another 3DS handheld that is why i hate DRM so much, i am always going to be stuck with a blue one now.

that is unless homebrew comes along and lets me transfer my purchases that way, it only seems fair, if nintendo doesn't let me transfer them i sure will find another way.

This looks nice and all, but why are they doing a bundle for a game that came out months ago? Great game and all but.

I mean I understand lots of people didn't buy 3DS yet, but wouldn't it make more sense to do a bundle for the Mario game? On the other hand, then it would be ugly red... okay, go Nintendo!
