Look, over the next few days, Joystiq is going to be comprised almost entirely of deal posts and articles written by a bunch of sleepy, turkeyed-up staffers. This is one of the former. Determined as ever to get some of your Black Friday cash ahead of actual Black Friday, Amazon is serving up some delectable discounts.
First up, a bundle that includes a Kinect sensor, Kinect Adventures and download codes for both The Gunstringer and Fruit Ninja Kinect, all for $125. If you'd prefer something a little more tactile, you can also snag deals on games featuring "epic adventures and quests." Specifically, Red Dead Redemption or El Shaddai for $30, LA Noire for $20 or BioShock 2 for $10, among others.
If you prefer portable games, Amazon's got you there too, offering a buy one, get one 40 percent off deal on several DS and 3DS titles, including Super Mario 3D Land, Cave Story 3D, Super Scribblenauts and more. Now, if you'll excuse us, we have to research stuffing recipes.

Target on BF: Kinect, KA, Gunstringer, Fruit Ninja, and Wipeout 2 for $99. Yeah, it's BF, but quite the deal.

If I didn't already own Legend of Zelda I'd be all over the 40% off deal. Too bad there aren't many good games that appeal to me yet. Wish Paper Mario and RE Revelations would arrive sooner.

I would rather throw $125 in the bin than buy any Kinect crap lol

Well hell, if you aren't too far from the Nashville area, I'll bring the bin to your door and you can just chuck that money right in.

So do I have the option of buying a Kinect for cheaper without having to be forced to buy 3 games I'd never play?

I assume the prices will just come back down to this area again around Xmas time.

El Shaddai is a good deal, the most beautiful game of this year... was too much for $60 but WAY worth it for $30, I'd pay $45 at most.
Of course, I already have it...It starts off slow (especially the first metatron/demon/fallen angel world) but the motorcycles/light bikes level is probably one of the coolest scenes EVER this generation... who knew Enoch would be driving a motorcycle while attacking devils with missiles while in a Tron-like city?

Well I hopped on that Kinect deal pretty quick. I've been wanting to pick one up for a while now and that price, on top of the two extra games, plus 20 dollars in Amazon credit slashed off the price tag, all added up to the perfect storm :)

The aforementioned $99 Best Buy deal sounds good because it's such a steep drop from the retail rate but in reality Kinect has literally no games that interest me whatsoever, so I'd essentially be paying $100 just to be able to pretend like I'm Darth Vader on the Dashboard.

Bioshock 2 for $10 is an amazing steal. One of the best games of all time, second only to maybe the original and the Metroid Prime games.
