Don't think so, otherwise it wouldn't be an import. (X4 was released in NA for the PS1). Haven't you noticed the other PS1 ports of the old NES Mega Man games?

@NintendorkZ PS version has a Navi mode with remixed music, hints and unlockable abilities (like high jump, etc). There's an enemy encyclopedia, unlockable art work and some time challenges.

Highly recommended for fans!

I did a quick search and the general consensus says "yes". I don't know if there was ever an official statement about it, but some random internet people (like myself) are saying that downloaded game will work.

I do believe, though, that I read that PS1 downloads won't work on it. I could be wrong.

@themiracle You'll be able to play MHFU on Vita. All digital download PSP games will work on the Vita. It's the PS1 titles that won't, and even then, that's at launch, as the feature will be patched in later on.

Not all the games are on sale yet. Maybe Joystiq should read the article better. If you click the link for the actual source of the info it doesn't list a lot of these games. None of the PS1 games are even listed. They may go on sale later but Joystiq needs to fix the article so it doesn't confuse more people.

Agreed. I very much want SF Alpha 2 and am quite disappointed it's not on sale yet. Gotta say tho, These games are a steal at these prices.

FYI beware that for many of the newer PSN games (BCR 2, Final Fight, etc.) you MUST be signed into PSN for the game to play at all so no offline play.
