We haven't really heard anything about the Xbox Live Arcade version of Dungeon Fighter Online since it was announced last year. Today we have the first trailer and news that the game has received a new (and much longer) title. Henceforth, it shall be known as Dungeon Fighter Live: Fall of Hendon Myre.
Also of note -- especially after missing the original 2011 launch window -- Nexon has revealed that Dungeon Fighter Live will now be released "later this year."

The newly released trailer of "Dungeon Fighter LIVE: Fall of Hendon Myre" features scenes and illustrations of the original game's Slayer, Gunner, and Fighter characters. Available in the Xbox LIVE Marketplace and on YouTube, this trailer offers a sneak peak of the skills, scenes and illustrations that will be featured in the Xbox LIVE version of the game.
"Dungeon Fighter LIVE: Fall of Hendon Myre" is currently being developed by Neople Inc., a subsidiary of NEXON Korea Corporation, who developed "Dungeon & Fighter." Neople also oversees Softmax Co., Ltd., a seasoned game developer with several years of experience in developing console titles.
"Dungeon & Fighter" is a 2-D massively multiplayer online role playing game (MMORPG) for the PC that currently has more than 300 million registered users worldwide and has a maximum concurrent user record of 2.6 million users playing at once in China.
