<br />
It's quite the week for content on Sony platforms, with several major releases making their debut on the PlayStation Network today. <em>Metro: Last Light</em>, the 4A Games' sequel <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/01/23/thq-bid-winners-prices-and-runners-up/">salvaged</a> by Deep Silver, launches today. If you haven't had a chance to read <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/05/13/metro-last-light-review/">our review</a> yet, be sure to give that a gander.<br />
<br />
It's joined by CCP's <em>EVE Online</em> offshoot (get it?) <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/dust-514"><em>Dust 514</em></a>, available free to all PSN users. <em>Jacob Jones and the Bigfoot Mystery</em> eases its way onto PS Vita today as a $3 download, while Rockstar <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/05/09/manhunt-goes-to-ps2-classics-on-may-14/">makes good on its promised <em>Manhunt</em></a> for $10.<br />
<br />
PlayStation Plus subscribers' freebie this week is <em>Knytt Underground</em>, which is flanked by discounts on both <em>Metro: Last Light</em> and a special pre-order price on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/grid-2"><em>Grid 2</em></a>. For the full list of what's in this week's content dump, hit up the PS Blog through the source link below.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/05/14/psn-tuesday-metro-last-light-dust-514-jacob-jones/">PSN Tuesday: Metro: Last Light, Dust 514, Jacob Jones</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 14 May 2013 17:45:00 EST. Sony had a net income for fiscal 2012 (ending March 31 2013) of &yen;43 billion, which converts to $458 million. It's the first time the company's posted annual net profit since 2008. A far better situation than the company's <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2012/05/10/sonys-fiscal-2012-results-820-million-loss-due-to-floods-ear/">$456.7 million loss last year</a>.<br />
<br />
As the company <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/02/20/sony-expects-operating-profit-this-year/">predicted</a> following several cost-cutting measures across the previous year - including the sales of major buildings in <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/02/28/sony-sells-tokyo-office-building-for-1-2billion/">Tokyo</a> and <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/01/18/sony-agrees-to-sell-us-headquarters-for-1-1-billion/">New York</a>, as well as <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2012/04/12/sony-expects-biggest-loss-ever-10k-laid-off-games-a-pillar-for/">thousands of layoffs</a> - Sony posted an operating profit for the fiscal year, which came in at &yen;230.1 billion ($2.45 billion).<br />
<br />
Sony shifted 3.4 million PS3 and PS2 units across the last quarter, while the Vita and PSP came in at 1.3 million. Sony's fiscal year figures were in line with projections made last quarter, with the home consoles at 16.5 million and the portables at 7 million.<br />
<br />
However, the portables' figures compare unfavorably with the company's initial estimate for the year, which was 16 million. Sony is being much more cautious for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2014, predicting only 5 million units in what's approximately the Vita's second year at retail. PS3 figures are estimated at 10 million, while Sony chose not to include PS4 projections.<br />
<br />
The PlayStation division saw 12.2 percent year-on-year decline in sales, coming in at &yen;707.1 billion ($7.52 billion). Operating income saw a much sharper drop, down 94.1 percent to &yen;1.7 billion, or $18 million. Sony put the declines down to decreased hardware sales, as well as the <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/02/18/vita-price-cut-japan/">"strategic price reduction" for the Vita in Japan</a> earlier this year.<br />
<br />
One area where growth is predicted is software, even without including the PS4. Sony projects an increase from the 266 million units sold in fiscal 2012 to 319 million (including digital units).<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/05/09/sony-posts-458m-fiscal-2012-net-profit-forecasts-5m-portable-s/">Sony posts $458M fiscal 2012 net profit, forecasts 5M portable sales in fiscal 2013</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 09 May 2013 06:45:00 EST. A boxed physical version will be shipped to preorder customers an estimated 4-8 weeks after preorders close on May 8th.<br /><br />Published in partnership with MonkeyPaw Games, <i>Class of Heroes 2</i> is a first-person, <i>Wizardry</i>-like dungeon crawler with a focus on character customization. A <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2012/03/28/monkeypaw-and-gaijinworks-kickstart-a-class-of-heroes-2-localiza/">Kickstarter project</a> for a proposed deluxe edition didn't reach its funding goal, but a limited physical release entered production after meeting with a positive fan response.<br /><br />"[<i>Class of Heroes 2</i> is] not out of QA yet, but I'd imagine it should be up on PSN about the 3rd week in May, and the physical a few weeks after that," Gaijinworks founder Victor Ireland <a href="http://www.gaijinworks.com/interact/showthread.php?24-Class-of-Heroes-2-presales-are-live&amp;p=539&amp;viewfull=1#post539">notes</a>. "The QA is really just a formality because all that changed was a couple lines of text cleaned up and the opening removed until the <a href="http://www.gaijinworks.com/interact/showthread.php?3-Class-of-Heroes-2-Update-4-19-2013">rights situation</a> is cleared."<br /><br /><i>Class of Heroes 2</i> was originally released in Japan in 2009. Since then, a number of sequel titles have debuted for platforms including the PlayStation 3 and Nintendo 3DS. To date, only the first PSP entry in the series has seen a North American release.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/04/29/class-of-heroes-2-physical-digital-combo-pack-now-up-for-preorde/">Class of Heroes 2 physical/digital combo pack now up for preorder</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Mon, 29 Apr 2013 19:00:00 EST. Hardware sales took the biggest hit out of the three monitored retail sub-categories, bringing in a total of $221.6 million, a 32 percent year-over-year decrease. Microsoft's Xbox 360 claimed its 27th month as the best-selling console in America, selling 261,000 units, down 13.5 percent from <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/03/14/february-npd-dead-space-3-on-top-aliens-colonial-marines-in-s/">last month</a>.<br /><br />Meanwhile, overall physical software sales (console, portable and PC games) outperformed March 2012 by two percent: $602.4 million in 2013, as compared with last a total of $592.2 million in sales last March.<br /><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/bioshock-infinite"><br /><em>BioShock Infinite</em></a> took an immediate victory over the rest of the period's release calendar, with <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/tomb-raider-2013"><em>Tomb Raider</em></a> and <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/gears-of-war-judgment"><em>Gears of War: Judgment</em></a> rounding out the podium lineup. <em>Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon</em> placed sixth overall; we learned <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/04/17/nintendo-30-of-fire-emblem-sales-on-eshop-luigi-does-better-a/">yesterday</a> it has sold 415,000 units. Sadly, just the <em>tunes</em> from <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/grand-theft-auto-3"><em>Grand Theft Auto 3</em></a> and every entry since are here - none of Rockstar's zany commercials or satirical talk radio stations.<br /><br />The only place to get the <em>full</em> soundtracks still is through Rockstar's box set releases; however, if you want to just listen to the ads, you can point your browser to <a href="http://www.rockstargames.com/advertisingcouncil/">The Advertising Council</a>.<br /><br />Rockstar recently revealed <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/grand-theft-auto-5">the box art</a> for <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/grand-theft-auto-5">Grand Theft Auto 5</a>,</em> due on September 17 for Xbox 360 and PS3. Yes, Kemco's back, and has been quietly releasing RPGs on iOS and Android for a while! In fact, <em>Mystic Chronicles</em> was one of those mobile releases. <a href="http://www.siliconera.com/2013/02/18/natsume-localizing-retro-rpg-mystic-chronicles-for-psp/">Siliconera</a> notes that it was called <em>Fantasy Chronicles</em> on iOS, and featured what appears to be a different translation.<br /><br /><em>Mystic Chronicles</em> is a turn-based game in which protagonist Lux and other characters are accompanied by AI "guardian beasts," whose assignments and basic behaviors can be set by the player.<br /><br />The PSP version is due this summer, and we hope for Natsume's sake it'll be downloadable on Vita immediately.<div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/mystic-chronicles-psp/">Mystic Chronicles (PSP)</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/mystic-chronicles-psp/#5802790"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2013/04/mcscreen-1_thumbnail.png" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/mystic-chronicles-psp/#5802791"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2013/04/mcscreen-3_thumbnail.png" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/mystic-chronicles-psp/#5802792"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2013/04/mcscreen-4_thumbnail.png" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/mystic-chronicles-psp/#5802793"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2013/04/mcscreen-5_thumbnail.png" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/mystic-chronicles-psp/#5802794"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2013/04/mcscreen-6_thumbnail.png" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/04/10/rpg-mystic-chronicles-moves-from-ios-to-psp-this-summer/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>RPG 'Mystic Chronicles' moves from iOS to PSP this summer</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/04/10/rpg-mystic-chronicles-moves-from-ios-to-psp-this-summer/">RPG 'Mystic Chronicles' moves from iOS to PSP this summer</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Wed, 10 Apr 2013 15:15:00 EST. Rovio attributes the growth to its new gaming franchises, such as <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/bad-piggies"><em>Bad Piggies</em></a> and <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/amazing-alex"><em>Amazing Alex</em></a>, and its consumer products, including all of those <em>Angry Birds </em>plushies, backpacks and clothes lining Target shelves. Consumer products in 2012 brought in three times the revenue as in 2011, accounting for 45 percent of Rovio's total.<br /><br />Rovio games have been downloaded more than 1.7 billion times, and monthly active users across all platforms hit 263 million in December. Rovio notes that its main sources of revenue within gaming are paid titles, virtual goods and advertising.<br /><br /><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/02/27/angry-birds-toons-series-crash-lands-weekend-of-march-16-17/"><em>Angry Birds Toons</em></a> premiered in March and Rovio is working on an <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2012/12/11/angry-birds-movie-tags-despicable-me-iron-man-producers-out-in/"><em>Angry Birds</em> movie</a>, using its own funds to make that thing happen outside of the standard studio system. <em>Despicable Me</em> producer John Cohen and <em>Iron Man</em> executive producer David Maisel are both on board for the film, which is set to launch in 2016.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/04/03/rovio-revenue-in-2012-doubles-to-195-million-toys-contribute-4/">Rovio revenue in 2012 doubles to $195 million, toys contribute 45%</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Wed, 03 Apr 2013 18:30:00 EST. In the absence of longterm financial support, and with no desire to work for someone else, Kataoka and his newly formed studio submitted<span> several game ideas for PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 3. "I only created what I wanted to create from the bottom of my heart," he said. (Those ideas are worth their own story, which we'll have for you later.)</span><br /><br />Kataoka didn't settle on his "action survival" game of <em>Tokyo Jungle</em> at first. In 2008 his seven-person team released <em>MyStylist</em>, a clothing database and style advice game for PSP. It would presumably frown upon a C.A.M.P. Elvis impersonator.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/03/28/seen-gdc-the-camp-poster-that-led-a-pomeranian-to-playstation/">Seen@GDC: The 'camp' poster that led a Pomeranian to PlayStation</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 28 Mar 2013 18:20:00 EST. There more than a half-century of discounted games on offer, although only one specifically for Vita: <em>Urban Trial Freestyle</em>, down from &euro;9.99/&pound;7.99 to &euro;6.99/&pound;5.49.<br /><br />That said, with <em>Persona 4 Golden</em> only reaching the continent last month, Europeans may be tempted to summon returns to <em>Persona 1-3</em>, all discounted and playable on the Vita as well as the PSP. <em>Persona 3 Portable</em> is half price at &euro;14.99/&pound;11.99, as is the the <em>P2/P3</em> bundle at &euro;24.99/&pound;19.99. PS Plus subscribers can nab an extra ten percent off on both those discounts.<br /><br />On the PS3-only front, the gorgeous <em>Child of Eden</em> is a bargainous &euro;4.99/&pound;3.99, while <em>Driver: San Francisco</em>, quite appropriately, leaps from &euro;14.99/&pound;10.99, crashing down to &euro;7.49/&pound;5.99. Again, a PS Plus subscription extends those savings by ten percent, as it does most things in the sale, which you can surmise in full on the <a href="http://blog.eu.playstation.com/2013/03/27/the-playstation-store-easter-egg-hunt-starts-today/?utm_source=feedburner&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Feed%3A+SCEEBlog+%28blog.eu.playstation.com%29">PS Blog</a> - <span>the spring sale also brings some daily deals to the price-cut picnic, so be sure to look out for them. </span><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/03/28/psn-eu-spring-sale-features-child-of-eden-driver-sf-persona-s/">PSN EU spring sale features Child of Eden, Driver: SF, Persona series</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 28 Mar 2013 04:00:00 EST. Since this will be my last column with Joystiq, it's time to discuss how much I love <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/Valkyrie-Profile-Lenneth/">Valkyrie Profile</a></em>.<br /><br /><em>Valkyrie Profile</em> has pretty much everything I'm looking for in an RPG. It has solid customization; visual flair; a strong story; great music; and a large cast. But what really takes it above and beyond for me is that little added twist; that certain <i>je ne sais quoi</i> that really makes it something special.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/03/15/remembering-my-favorite-rpg-valkyrie-profile/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Remembering my favorite RPG: Valkyrie Profile</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/03/15/remembering-my-favorite-rpg-valkyrie-profile/">Remembering my favorite RPG: Valkyrie Profile</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 15 Mar 2013 20:45:00 EST. Imports, in my mind, are the most potentially exciting aspect of legacy download services, as companies can cheaply bring over games that wouldn't have big enough audiences to justify a localization, much less a spot on shelves.<br /><br />Gungho's <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2012/12/11/gungho-on-its-new-psone-import-initiative/">second batch of imports</a> crosses an important milestone on the path to comprehensive import catalogues by adding text-heavy games to the lineup. Most PS3 or Vita owners won't even be able to play dating game <em>Sentimental Graffiti</em>, due to the pages and pages of Japanese text required to enjoy it.<br /><br />"Our approach is to bring over as many games as possible as long as we can secure the licenses to publish them in North America and Europe," CEO Jun Iwasaki told me in an email interview. As this batch of games shows, "as many games as possible" could mean almost anything!<br /><br />Of course, a small group of bilingual gamers will be delighted by things like <em>Sentimental Graffiti</em>, as will people hoping to improve their Japanese reading comprehension through video games. And releasing games that <em>don't really make sense to release</em> is a step toward getting them out there indiscriminately - the true iTunes of retro games.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/03/15/the-sentimental-process-behind-gunghos-psone-imports/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>The Sentimental process behind GungHo's PSOne Imports</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/03/15/the-sentimental-process-behind-gunghos-psone-imports/">The Sentimental process behind GungHo's PSOne Imports</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 15 Mar 2013 14:30:00 EST. Following those, in descending order, are <em>Crysis 3, NBA 2K13, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance</em> and the <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/02/12/aliens-colonial-marines-review/#review">critically lambasted</a> <em>Aliens: Colonial Marines</em>. The NPD estimates used games and rental sales hit $90 million, while digital transactions made $319 million, bringing total sales for the month to $1.2 billion.<br /><br />All consoles saw increased sales from January to February, with the Wii U up 40 percent and Vita up 30 percent. Xbox 360 sold 302,000 units in February and topped US hardware sales for the 26th month in a row, Microsoft made sure to point out.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/03/14/february-npd-dead-space-3-on-top-aliens-colonial-marines-in-s/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>February NPD: Dead Space 3 on top, Aliens: Colonial Marines in sixth</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/03/14/february-npd-dead-space-3-on-top-aliens-colonial-marines-in-s/">February NPD: Dead Space 3 on top, Aliens: Colonial Marines in sixth</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 14 Mar 2013 19:15:00 EST. We know it came out yesterday but seeing it on the PSN Store update list makes it even more real to us. Wow. Also up on PS3 today is <em>Darkstalkers Resurrection,</em> the brain game Psych Yourself (about your psychological profile!) <em>Heavy Fire: Shattered Spear</em>, and the PS2 classic <em>Kessen 2</em>. Grab <em>Joe Danger 2</em> for free if you have Plus. Also, <a href="http://joystiq.com/game/quantum-theory"><em>Quantum Theory</em></a> is downloadable, if that's what you're into.<br /><br />Cross-platform releases include a series of impenetrable PSOne imports - which we don't mind saying is really cool, in an insane way - and way, way too many <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/03/11/ps-plus-offers-up-a-ubisoft-sale-cheap-scott-pilgrim-free-joe/">Ubi discounts</a>. <p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/03/12/psn-tuesday-darkstalkers-ubisoft-sale/">PSN Tuesday: Darkstalkers, Ubisoft sale</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 12 Mar 2013 20:15:00 EST. Gungho Online Entertainment has a new batch of PSOne Imports this week, which includes <a href="http://www.mobygames.com/game/sentimental-graffiti"><em>Sentimental Graffiti</em></a>, a dating game that is, as far as we know, untranslated. Dramatic discounts have been extended to the <em>God of War Collection</em>, each individual <em>God of War</em> game sans <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/god-of-war"><em>God of War 3</em></a>, and even <em>LittleBigPlanet</em> DLC and the trilogy soundtrack. PlayStation Plus subscribers get an additional 10 percent off on all of that.<br /><br />This week also marks the debut of <em>Mass Effect 3</em> as a free game for PlayStation Plus members in Europe, kicking off <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/02/22/ps-plus-brings-europe-mass-effect-3-doa5-mgs-hd-more-next-mon/">a month of pretty great freebies</a>. Currently the film project has <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2012/12/11/angry-birds-movie-tags-despicable-me-iron-man-producers-out-in/">two producers attached</a> to oversee development: executive producer David Maisel, whose work includes <em>Iron Man</em>, and producer John Cohen, who is best known for his work on <em>Despicable Me</em>.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/02/27/angry-birds-toons-series-crash-lands-weekend-of-march-16-17/">Angry Birds Toons series crash lands weekend of March 16, 17</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Wed, 27 Feb 2013 01:00:00 EST. That's fancy talk for putting money into your PSN account and spending it. Sony has a list of suggestions on the PlayStation Blog, including pre-orders of <em>MLB The Show 13</em>, <em>BioShock Infinite</em>, and more, but any purchase adding up to $50 will do.<br /><br />This is a really great time to get a year of <a href="http://joystiq.com/tag/playstation-plus">PlayStation Plus</a> and start loading up on all the included games, especially with an <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/01/28/buy-a-year-of-playstation-plus-get-3-months-free/">extra three months</a> added to your order through March 4 - though as that costs $49.99, you might have to top up with, like, an avatar.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/02/26/spend-50-on-psn-get-10-back/">Spend $50 on PSN, get $10 back</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 26 Feb 2013 13:30:00 EST.
