Next month's <a href="http://joystiq.com/tag/guitar-hero-5"><em>Guitar Hero 5</em></a> and <em><a href="http://joystiq.com/tag/band-hero">Band Hero</a> </em>DLC should satisfy would-be rockers of all types, offering an eclectic mix of --<span style="font-style: italic;"> oh, </span><em>there's totally some Flogging Molly</em>! Sorry, we just had to get that out of our system, because St. Patrick's Day is next month and because, <em>man</em>, Flogging Molly is <em>totally awesome</em>. <br />
<br />
There are four distinct track packs <a href="http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/guitar-heror-5-and-band-herotm-offer-rockers-a-strong-lineup-of-downloadable-tracks-in-march-85336312.html">coming next month</a>, featuring OK Go, Blink-182, the aforementioned Molly Floggers and an '80s track pack -- because nothing says March like a dusty old denim jacket with the sleeves cut off and some Night Ranger.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/02/25/guitar-hero-5-and-band-hero-march-dlc/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Guitar Hero 5 and Band Hero: March DLC</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/02/25/guitar-hero-5-and-band-hero-march-dlc/">Guitar Hero 5 and Band Hero: March DLC</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 25 Feb 2010 14:30:00 EST. We've known for quite some time that Queen DLC was to grace <a href="http://joystiq.com/tag/rock-band-weekly">Rock Band Weekly</a>. <em>Yes,</em> we've dubbed it the "<a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/10/02/ten-queen-tracks-coming-to-rock-band-later-this-month/">All The Good Ones Except for Bohemian Rhapsody</a>" Track Pack, but that doesn't make the offering any less exciting. Next week's update will have living-room bands cringe as their respective vocalists attempt<em> with all their might</em> to sing like Freddie Mercury. Then again, if the kids of <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AEaP-HrnP04&amp;feature=fvw"><em>Glee</em> can sing "Somebody to Love" together</a>, then maybe everyone in the band should <em>pitch</em> in.<br /><br />Check out the full Rock Band Weekly update, along with the update for <span style="font-style: italic;">Rock Band Unplugged,</span> after the break. <br /><br />

Next week's <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/rock-band-weekly"><em>Rock Band</em> DLC</a> represents some post-punk, some rock and the title song to a quintessential '80s movie. Earlier this week it was <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/10/22/rock-band-weekly-presidents-of-the-usa-3-pack/">revealed</a> that Presidents of the USA should be available the week of Nov. 4, but for all we know there may be more tracks added -- as has been the trend lately. Here are the songs that'll be vying for your wallet's attention next week:<br /><br /><a href="http://www.rockband.com/forums/showthread.php?t=94196">Siouxsie and the Banshees Pack</a><em> </em>(440<img border="0" alt="" src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.xbox360fanboy.com/media/2007/11/microsoftpointslogosmall.gif" /> / $5.50)<br />

It's the last train to "Rock"sville and I'll meet you at the station. This week's <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/RockBand/">Rock Band</a></em> downloadable content is all about high energy songs. Although Sweet is sweet, and you should feel free to play <em>All The Small Things</em> while naked, the real stand-out this week is The Monkees' <em>Last Train to Clarksville</em>. Not only will a new generation actually learn the lyrics past the first line, but it's a really, really, fun song to play with a group of friends over. It was playable at Harmonix when we <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2007/11/14/joystiq-visits-harmonix-to-talk-rock-band-dlc-and-incidentals/">visited them in November</a>, which gives a good idea of how on-the-ball they are with the DLC.<br /><br /><a href="http://www.rockband.com/forums/showthread.php?t=22607"><u><strong>Individual songs</strong></u></a>
