According to a scan from Japanese mag Jump, the planned port is slated to launch on 3DS sometime in February of next year, Tiny Cartridge reports.

Right now that's all we've got to go on. The article mentions no new additions or features in the 3DS remake of Dragon Quest 7. We've followed up with Square Enix for comment and will update accordingly.
